I should add that this roast is "juicy" in appearance only. Its actually part of a display at a historic site. I was having a hard time coming up with this week's theme and I figured this would work anyway ;)

I know I'm supposed to focus on the roast but wow re the dishes in the photo! It looks like quite a formal table setting -- but a colorful one too. :)

I have to agree the tableware is very pretty. You didn't have to say that it was a display... it looked real. I was impressed at how "you" set your table so fancy. ;o)
