Recently I digitized all of the family photo albums, and some choice photos that belong to my sister. I now have the task of going through a box of loose photos that belonged to my Mom. Before I work on scanning them I'm going to work on sorting them into categories, and trying to identify the people in the pics for future generations. Maybe I'll even add a blurb or two of gossipy stuff on the back of certain pics for memory sake.

Anyway as I begin the process I thought it might be fun to start a personal kinda meme allowing certain photos to become my muse and either share a story or memory related to the photo or just let them inspire a creative writing exercise. We'll see....for now I'm thinking about sunny days and playing on the beach. The cuties above are my nephew and my youngest kiddo, both now 17, and 16.
